1. Payment Processing

  • Upon reservation approval, the user will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
  • Full payment for the reservation is required to secure the booking.

2. Payment to Providers

  • We will hold the reservation payment until 24 hours after the client utilizes the service.

  • Currency conversion rates may fluctuate and are subject to change.

5. Disputes

  • Any disputes related to payments or services should be resolved directly between the user and the provider.
  • We encourage users and providers to communicate openly and try to find a mutually agreeable solution.
  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue legal action as permitted by law.
